Don&#039;t worry for the dough, it is normal that it is a bite thick before adding the egg whites. Did you put all the ingredients (including coconut milk) before adding the egg whites? If you still find the dough too thick, you can add a tablespoon of cream or milk, or try to put 180 gr of floor instead of 200 gr (but the recipe should work as it is). I love the sound of this cake, and have rushed home to bake it as part of my boyfriend&#039;s birthday cake. I&#039;ve run into a problem though, the cake batter before adding the egg whites is INCREDIBLY thick - almost solid, like bread dough, and folding the egg-whites into something this solid means that all the air is lost.

Are you sure you&#039;ve written the recipe down correctly? I think 200g is way too much flour, no?</description>
