Smoked turkey tartine on almond butter

 Smoked turkey tartine is the perfect appetizer for warm days or barbecues. It is stylish, healthy, and of course very tasty!

 

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients (for 4 tartines):

-          4 slices of crisp bread (like Wasa)

-          4 teaspoons of almond butter (available in health shops)

-          4 slices of smoked turkey

-          1 carrot

-          2 cherry tomatoes

Spread a teaspoon of almond butter in each slice of crisp bread. Then put on top of the almond butter a slice of smoked turkey.

Peel the carrot and cut it into small strips. Put a strip on the top of each tartine as well as haf of a cherry tomato.

It’s already ready to eat!!

PS: You can add a leaf of salad between the smoked turkey and the carrot, as well as a leaf of parsley or chive for decoration.

Knackwurst rolls

The following recipe is an easy-to-make and very impressive appetizer. You can bake it in no time and your guests will be very delighted to eat knackwurst rolls instead of chips or peanuts for aperitif. It is more healthy and tasty! Why don’t try it for Christmas?

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Difficulty: Very easy

Ingredients (for 4 persons):

-         1 block of already rolled puff pastry

-         4 knackwursts

Roll out the puff pastry. Wrap the knackwursts in the pastry. You can brush the pastry with egg yolk to give the knackwurst rolls a gold colour.

Put in the heaven in thermostat 200 degrees for around 15 minutes until the knackwurst rolls glaze.

Eat warm or cold.
