You may think that I am crazy when I will tell you how I cook this fish but trust me, it works and it will makes your life easier! This method is an easy way to use steam cooking.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Difficulty: Very easy
Ingredients (for 1 person):
- 1 fish fillet
- 1 carrot
- 1 broccoli
- 5 tablespoons of rice
- 1 pinch of vegetable stock cube
- Salt, pepper
Peel the carrot and cut it into slices. Cut the broccoli into dices.
Put the fish into a soup plate and cover it with the vegetables and the rice. Add a glass of water and season with the salt, pepper and vegetable stock cube.
Wrap the plate into a plastic bag and put it in the microwave at medium power for 20 minutes.
Be careful when you open the plastic bag as there will be vapour coming out of it.
