Melon with charcuterie

08 juin

When the sun is shining, it is nice to eat some refreshing food. Melon with charcuterie is a typical starter in South of France and you are going to love this recipe!

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Difficulty: Very  Easy

Ingredients (for 2 people):

-       1 Cavaillon melon

-       4 slices of Parma ham or cured ham or salami

Cut the Cavaillon melon into quaters and seed it.

Arrange the melon slices into a plate and put on the top of each piece of melon a roller slice of charcuterie.

You can spread a teaspoon of Porto on the melon to make it more tasty.

If the melon is not really tasty, you can reveal its taste by sparkling a pinch of salt on it.
