Smoked turkey tartine on almond butter

 Smoked turkey tartine is the perfect appetizer for warm days or barbecues. It is stylish, healthy, and of course very tasty!

 

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients (for 4 tartines):

-          4 slices of crisp bread (like Wasa)

-          4 teaspoons of almond butter (available in health shops)

-          4 slices of smoked turkey

-          1 carrot

-          2 cherry tomatoes

Spread a teaspoon of almond butter in each slice of crisp bread. Then put on top of the almond butter a slice of smoked turkey.

Peel the carrot and cut it into small strips. Put a strip on the top of each tartine as well as haf of a cherry tomato.

It’s already ready to eat!!

PS: You can add a leaf of salad between the smoked turkey and the carrot, as well as a leaf of parsley or chive for decoration.

Turkey filled with mushroom stuffing

Christmas is not Christmas without the traditional Christmas Turkey!

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 2 hours

Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients (for 4 persons):

-          A 3.5 kilos turkey

-          250 gr of mince pork

-          4 mushrooms

-          1 onion

-          10 cl of white wine

-          Salt, pepper

-          Parsley

Prepare the stuffing by slicing thinly the mushrooms and the onion. Mix the mushrooms and the onion with the mince pork and add the wine. Season with salt, pepper and parsley.

Put the stuffing inside the turkey, previously drawn.

Put in the oven thermostat 180 degrees for around 2 hours. To know if the turkey is ready, prick the turkey with a fork, if there is no juice coming out, the turkey is ready!
